Feeding the Culture: Everybody Gotta Eat x AVARIA x Embrace Ideas Festival 2024
In June 2024, AVARIA had the privilege of partnering with Everybody Gotta Eat to power the visual storytelling for one of Boston’s most impactful cultural events: the Embrace Ideas Festival. This annual gathering, hosted by The Embrace and curated by EGE, celebrates racial equity, creative expression, and radical joy—and this year, we were honored to help elevate the message through strategic media.
Leading up to the festival, we crafted a pre-marketing rollout that set the tone: bold visuals, dynamic content, and messaging that moved people to show up and be part of the movement. From curated teaser videos and social-first graphics to countdowns and call-to-action reels, our campaign helped build awareness and energy leading into the festival weekend.
When it came time for the live event, we were boots-on-the-ground, providing on-site media coverage that captured the heartbeat of the festival. From panel discussions and keynote moments to live performances, vendor highlights, and community engagement, our team delivered a full suite of photography and video assets that reflected the culture, the people, and the purpose of the event.
The 2024 Embrace Ideas Festival wasn’t just an event—it was a reminder of the power of community, creativity, and storytelling. And we were proud to help bring that story to life.
